Airstar’s balloon lights are designed with durability in mind. They are rain and dust proof, fire-resistant and will even withstand strong gusts of wind. Our safety lighting is engineered to maximize output and produce 360-degree illumination. They help improve visibility and create a safer work environment by reducing eye fatigue and decreasing light pollution. The materials used in our balloon lights evenly diffuse harsh light, while internal reflectors increase overall light coverage. Sirocco: A Revolution in Balloon Light Solutions
Airstar is proud to announce the release of our newest generation of Sirocco safety lighting. Our new Sirocco range has been re-engineered to deliver high output, glare-free light while continuing to reduce power consumption and increase energy efficiency. These best-in-class balloon lights include several innovative features including Bluetooth connectivity, individual and group lighting controls, remote dimming, as well as beacon and pulse effects for presence lighting and emergency response. Increase flexibility with our energy-forward PowerSwitch option (*), which can automatically detect voltage and maximize power between AC and DC sources.

Our Warranty
At AIRSTAR, we are very proud of our quality control and the reliability of our range of Sirocco products. However, we also understand that problems occasionally arise which need to be covered by the warranty. For this reason, we offer the following coverage:
- Your Sirocco envelope is covered for manufacturing defects during the first 2 (two) years following the date of purchase.
- The electronic and structural components of your Sirocco are covered for manufacturing defects during the first 2 (two) years following the date of purchase.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or a potential warranty issue, contact your AIRSTAR authorized retailer to make a warranty claim.
- Send your Sirocco unit (by land), together with a copy of your original receipt, to your AIRSTAR authorized retailer for a technical analysis.
- The AIRSTAR technicians will decide whether your breakdown is covered by the warranty.
- After your Sirocco is repaired, AIRSTAR will send it back to you, by land, at its own expense. (Express shipping is available for an additional charge.
- If the whole unit needs to be replaced, AIRSTAR must receive the original unit before shipping the replacement unit. AIRSTAR cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the equipment by the user. Any use of the envelope or the electrical equipment other than that which is specified in the user manual, or any use of unauthorized tools or components, is not covered by this warranty, and remains the sole responsibility of the user.
